Symposium in collaboration with the Icelandic Museum of Natural History

KINGDOM – Flora, Fauna, Fable

The Reykjavík Art Museum and the Icelandic Museum of Natural History present a talk in connection to the exhibition KINGDOM – Flora, Fauna, Fable that has been up all summer. Artists who have work in the exhibition share their thoughts about art´s role and possibilities when it comes to interest in and responsibility for earth´s biota. Representatives of the museums will discuss questions concerning the synergy of art and science. After the talk guests are invited to join the curator for a tour through the exhibition. Note that this is the last day of the exhibition.
