Cycling tour in Grafarvogur
Hjólafærni, Reykjavik Art Museum and the Icelandic Cyclist Federation join forces by offering guided art tours on bicycles. This summer tours will be offered in different neigbourhoods in Reykjavik to discover public artworks in Grafarvogur.
Hjólafærni aims at improving bicycle culture with education and enjoyment while the Icelandic Cyclist Federation does the lobbying for cyclers. The Reykjavik Art Museum cares for almost two hundred public artworks in the city of Reykjavík as well as operating Hafnarhús, Kjarvalsstaðir and Ásmundarsafn.
The tour will start at Olís gasstation on the corner of Fjallkonuvegur Road and Gullinbrú Bridge. We suggest that participants dress according to weather.
