Philosophy workshop for the family and Curator’s Talk. Hafnarhús, Sunday 29 May 1 and 3 pm.

Hafnarhús – Perspectives. Sunday 29 May , 1 pm.
Philosophy workshop for the family led by philosophy teachers Brynhildur Sigurðardóttir and Ingimar Ólafsson Waage. The workshop is designed for children between 8- 11 years old but parents are welcome to participate.

The workshop is held in Icelandic, with limited seats available!

Philosophers and co-curators Oddný Eir Ævarsdóttir and Ólafur Gíslason participate in a talk in relation to the exhibition Perspectives. The exhibition offers an unusual overview of contemporary Icelandic art selected by a group of curators, who address every aspect of the exhibition from philosophical standpoints. For these ongoing talks, the curators will generate a dialogue about relationship between visual arts and philosophy with reference to the work found at the exhibition.
