FRIENDS OF FLÓKI – THURSDAY 7 MAY AT 8 P.M. EXHIBITION ENDS ON SUNDAY 10 MAY
About 36.000 guests have visited Reykjavik Art Museum - Hafnarhús since the opening of the exhibition Shadow Boy – The World of Alfred Flóki last February. The exhibition comes to an end next Sunday, 10 May. On Thursday, 7 May, some of Flóki’s best friends will gather together in Hafnarhús in the memoriam of the artist. Those who will participate are
Þorri Jóhannsson who reads selected poems, writer Ólafur Gunnarsson and composer Hilmar Örn Hilmarsson who discusses their acquaintance with Flóki and the actor Sigurður Skúlason who reads poems about Flóki by various writers. Moderator of the programme is writer and curator Sjón.
Free entrance and open to all.
